Target Complete and a New Contract with GEG

Wolbis Signs Strategic Contract with Galaxy Entertainment Group and Announces Successful Completion of Previous Investment Projects

Investment firm Wolbis announces the signing of a strategic contract with Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG) to participate in Phase 4 of the development of the flagship integrated resort, Galaxy Macau, on the Cotai Strip.

Under the terms of the agreement, Wolbis will act as a project partner, assisting with financing, coordinating specific stages of construction and fit-out works and supporting the development of the complex's non-gaming and premium components.

Galaxy Macau Phase 4, spanning a total area of approximately 600,000 square meters, represents a key milestone in the complex's ongoing expansion and includes:

• approximately 1,350 rooms and suites across five ultra-luxury hotels, featuring brands not previously present in Macau;

• a theater with a capacity of around 5,000 seats;

• an aquatic resort deck;

• expanded dining, bar, and premium retail facilities;

• additional landscaped and recreational areas;

• additional gaming spaces, including boutique casinos catering to premium guests.

Completion of major construction work is scheduled for 2027, with the complex expected to open in 2028, subject to obtaining the necessary permits.

Successful Completion of Previous Investment Projects

Alongside the launch of this new strategic initiative, Wolbis is pleased to announce the successful completion of two previously announced investment projects: the Tier 1 "MGM Osaka Casino Premium Project" and the Tier 4 "Casino Regina."

For both projects, Wolbis met its established investment targets and objectives within the designated timeframes. The completion of these initiatives marks a significant achievement for the company and validates its consistent approach to investment project execution. We are grateful to our investors for their trust and support throughout the implementation of these projects and are pleased to confirm that both initiatives have successfully achieved their planned outcomes.

It is important to note that the completion and replacement of investment assets do not affect the terms or returns of existing investment lines. Investors holding active Tier 1 and Tier 4 positions will continue to receive returns in accordance with the terms previously established in their respective investment agreements. Changes in status or the specific asset of a new investment cycle do not alter obligations regarding existing investments.

A New Stage of Development for Wolbis

The successful completion of previous projects enables Wolbis to advance to the next stage of its development and present investors with new opportunities involving international projects in the hospitality, entertainment, and offline gaming sectors.

In conjunction with the launch of Galaxy Macau Phase 4, the company is also establishing new investment Tiers featuring optimized timelines and enhanced return terms for investors.

Participation in Galaxy Macau Phase 4 offers Wolbis the opportunity to be part of one of Asia’s most significant integrated resort projects. The company intends to leverage its accumulated experience in developing and executing large-scale gaming, hospitality, and entertainment assets, ensuring high standards of collaboration with international partners, contractors, and investors alike.

The company will continue to work closely with the GEG team and appointed contractors, placing a strong emphasis on the timely execution of objectives, the quality of work, and adherence to agreed project terms.

Wolbis thanks its investors for their trust and continues to develop new international investment opportunities.
