Tier 5 Update

Wolbis is pleased to announce the successful completion of the investment target for Tier 5 - Wrest Point Casino, Hobart, Australia.

The objectives established for this investment direction have been achieved within the planned timeframe. The successful completion of Tier 5 represents another important result in the implementation of the company’s current investment strategy and allows Wolbis to move forward to the next stage of project development.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all investors who took part in the implementation of this investment direction and placed their trust in Wolbis.

At the same time, it is important to clarify that the closure of Tier 5 to new participation does not affect investors who have already activated this Tier and currently have active funds within it. All existing investment positions will remain active, and investors will continue to receive returns under the same terms and conditions that were established at the time of activation. The replacement of the Tier by a new investment object does not change the company’s obligations or the profitability conditions of existing investments.

A New Investment Object

Following the successful completion of the Tier 5 target, its place will be taken by the third investment object within the Galaxy Macau Phase 4 project.

This direction forms part of Wolbis’ participation in the large-scale international development of Galaxy Macau and continues the company’s new strategic stage of expanding its investment portfolio through international projects.

The transition to the new object allows the company to continue forming investment opportunities connected with the next stages of the Galaxy Macau project, while maintaining the full range of obligations to investors participating in the previously activated Tier 5.

Wolbis will continue to inform investors about the launch of the new investment object and the further stages of development of the Galaxy Macau project.
