Notice Regarding the MiCA Regulation

Dear Investors and Partners,

Starting July 1, the European Union begins implementing the next phase of the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework, which establishes new rules for companies providing crypto-asset services within the European market.

As Wolbis continues to expand across Europe and welcomes a growing number of investors from EU countries, we understand that many of you may have questions regarding how these regulatory changes could affect our operations and the ability to invest using cryptocurrency.

We would like to reassure all our clients that the introduction of MiCA does not affect the current operating model of Wolbis.

Wolbis does not provide cryptocurrency exchange services, does not operate as a crypto-asset custodian, does not manage digital assets on behalf of clients, and does not offer crypto-related financial services that fall within the scope of the MiCA regulatory framework.

Although cryptocurrency remains available as one of the payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, it serves solely as a payment channel. Upon receipt, digital assets are processed through our authorized payment partner and converted into fiat currency. All subsequent investment operations, accounting, settlements, and contractual obligations are conducted exclusively in fiat currencies.

As a result, our investors can continue using Wolbis services without interruption, while maintaining the same high standards of security, transparency, and reliability they have come to expect from our company.

We remain fully committed to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction where we operate and will continue to monitor legislative developments to ensure the highest level of service for our global investor community.

Thank you for your continued trust and for growing together with Wolbis.

Sincerely,
Wolbis Company
